We work with organisations to tailor our workshops to our audience to make sure we are equipping them with the best knowledge and skills relevant to them.

Mental Health First Aid
Training industry professionals and community how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing mental health difficulties. Delivered via e-learning and 2 x 2 hour Face to Face / Zoom Sessions or over a 2 day training.

Creative Workplace Wellbeing Workshop
A tailored 60minute workshop discussing topics and challenges unique to your industry / workplace, what is mental health, how can we support ourselves?, how can we support our mates?, strategies and resources.Delivered face to face or via zoom.
Great workshop as a ‘one off’ and for ultimate workplace wellbeing we recommend doing this workshop on a quarterly basis.

Mindfullness and Breathwork Workshops
We offer mindfulness and breath work sessions that help groups and organisations access their full potential.
Our workshops and events accelerate performance, increase productivity, communication, confidence, focus, alleviate stress, anxiety, fatigue and help reduce negative emotions such as anger, fear, frustration and depression. -

Teaching industry professionals and community mindfulness practice and how to use values to reduce influence of unwanted thoughts and feelings

The Power Of Positive Psychology Workshop
Introducing you to the power of positive emotions and thinking.
You will gain an understanding of the fundamental principles of positive psychology, and their value to wellbeing, job satisfaction and workplace success. Importantly, participants will explore how these principles can be applied to their working (and personal) lives in order to derive practical benefit from the theories presented.
Themes include: Positive psychology principals, PERMA, learned optimism, flow, positivity, mindfulness and happiness, how to apply positive psychology. -
Building Resilience
The ability to overcome stressful situations is an invaluable skill to have in the creative industries. By adopting a more resilient, or mentally tough mindset, community increase their capacity to cope with challenges and increase productivity.
Our Building Resilience workshop promotes psychological endurance by providing participants with skills to help them respond more adaptively to external pressures, such as increased workloads, difficult relationships and change.
Building resilience can allow us to cope better with stress, improve communication, increase confidence, increase capacity / productivity, enhance satisfaction and reduce burnout. -
Mental Health Awareness Workshop
Mental illness continues to affect 1 in 5 Australians every year, with anxiety being the most common disorder, followed by depression. In times of great technological and cultural change, the creative industry organisations have a clear role to play in the management and understanding of mental health concerns, both as potential contributors to emotional stress, and also in terms of the benefits the industry seek to reap if they we sustain a mentally healthy workforce.
This workshop explains both positive and problematic mental health so we start taking care of our own mental health and the mental health of community.
The workshop will cover: Why mental health awareness is important, what is mental health and what is mental illness, common causes, signs and symptoms of mental illness, relationship between stress and poor mental health, early intervention and how to seek help, how to recognise when help is needed, how to offer support and suicide awareness.

Performance Anxiety Workshop
Learn how to identify and manage the effects of anxieties related to performance and working within the creative industries.
This workshop will cover impost syndrome, CBT and Psychology strategies to support, explain, discuss and work through performance anxiety. Each participant will have an individualised to help manage their anxiety at the end of the workshop.

Emotional Resilence
A 60 - 90 minute workshop to education industry professionals and community mindful awareness of emotions and practical ways to build resilience. Themes include: What is personal resilience? How does low resilience reveal itself? What holds you back from being more resilient? and strategies to enhance resilience.

Create WELL-being
Get the team together to Create WELL-being. This workshop uses creative medium to help teams, organisations and community create connection, increase sense of purpose and decrease stress and anxiety. Creative mediums can be chosen before the working and include air dry pottery, painting, basket weaving, kokedamas, terrariums, wreath wall hangings and flower arranging.
The workshop can be delivered face to face or via zoom with a duration of 1 - 2 hours.

Mental Health Awareness in the Music Industry; Australia.
First of its kind in Australia this course will help inform people of some of the major issues unique to the music industry and how they affect mental health; exploring ways to support people who are struggling and signposting to relevant services where necessary.
The course was developed by Counsellor and Musician with over 20 years experience in the music industry, Rachel Jepson.

Lunch and Learn
Our lunch n learn style workshops are delivered in 45-minutes and provide a high‑level understanding and awareness of the learning topic. The seminars are great for lunch-and-learns and offer your team short and sharp bite-sized sessions that promote and encourage creativity, individual health and wellbeing.
