You will gain an understanding of the fundamental principles of positive psychology, and their value to wellbeing, job satisfaction and workplace success. Quickie on Creative Worker Wellbeing; gigs, on tour and long hours.
A great quickie to explore those working gigs, shift work, on tour or not your standard desk job. We explore what these roles look like in the industry, the challenges including shift work, touring and long hours, the importance of sleep, the flow on effects long can have our life outside of work including connection, friend and family, how we maintain our connection and overall well-being.

Topics are also supported by the therapeutic practitioner facilitating the session and leads to great further insights for the organization and team.
