Join us this Friday for breathe and beats relaxation session.

A powerful breathe and meditation session from the comfort of your own home!

This breathwork and meditation session is designed to release stress, tension and held emotion, give your immune system a boost, detoxify, energise, improve mental clarity & focus and connect you to your inner wisdom, creativity & awareness.

This workshop will be facilitated by Hamish Dowell. Hamish is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Oxygen Advantage teacher who is passionate about teaching individuals how to breathe functionally for better health and to create space for individuals to dive deeper into themselves through their own practice  You will take away from this workshop an understanding of a number of functional breathing techniques that can be utilised every day of your life to manage anxiety, stress, and so improve your sleep.


This workshop is for everyone, whether you practice breathwork daily or you are an absolute beginner. This workshop will be held in a safe and comfortable environment. If you have any pre-existing conditions please mention it to the facilitator prior to the workshop.
